Two For One VBT

Blurb:
Nothing is going Lizzie’s way. Her sex life is unsatisfying, her job sucks and she has more debt than she needs thanks to her loser brother. Against her better judgment, she lets her best friend sign her up to be auctioned off at a high-rolling venue called the Club. Agreeing to a weekend of adventurous sex with a stranger is one thing, but being bought by the brothers who own the Club means Lizzie is up for a weekend beyond her wildest fantasies.

Ryan and Lizzie hit it off, in bed and out, but it’s his quiet brother, Trace, that has her heart pounding and her panties in a twist. But is Lizzie what Trace needs? Having been burned before, will he take a chance on what his heart is telling him or trust his instincts and send her home after their weekend is over?

Excerpt:
“That can’t be legal, surely. And even if it was, no. No way am I going to let you auction me off to the highest bidder for a weekend of sex.” Lizzie sat stunned on the couch, her gaze on Bel.

“Do you have a better idea? There is no way you can lay your hands on that sort of money in a hurry anywhere else, not unless you become a drug mule or something totally gross.” Bel pouted her lips in distaste.

“And being sold for sex isn’t on your gross-out meter?”

“No, of course not. Sex is natural anyway, and you’re always complaining you never get anything worth talking about. Why not use your God-given charms to earn a decent living. It’s not like you have to do it all the time, but this auction is a big deal.” Bel ran a finger down a long, slim leg, feigning disinterest, and then looked up with a smile. “All the high rollers come out to play, and there are some very hot guys amongst them too, I might add.”

Ann, thanks so much for stopping by. So, why don’t you tell us a little about yourself?
I live in the beautiful Hunter Valley near Sydney in Australia, in a small country town. The wineries and restaurants are awesome and of course I have to show them off to visitors which means I get to eat out a lot. Hard but necessary part of my life. We have three dogs who are spoilt rotten and three adult children who wonder why they can’t get treated the same way. I swear I spoil them all the same.

How did you get started writing?
I never planned on being a writer. I loved reading more than anything but I had a story rolling around in my head that wouldn’t go away. Someone suggested I write it down and I did. That started the plot bunnies bouncing around in my brain and they haven’t stopped since.

What was the inspiration for your book?
The Club series was inspired by Sydney. I live close by and love the pace of the city. I usually write rural but wanted to try something spicier and make it into a series so racked my brain for a hero and ended up with two, Trace and Ryan. Book one - Two for One is Trace’s story.

What’s the one genre you haven’t written in yet that you’d like to?
I want to play around with paranormal contemporary and have notes for a series penned. Its finding the time to get to it.

Are there any genres you won’t read or write in? Why?
I haven’t written historical but do read them every now and then. I can’t see my voice in that era for some reason and don’t feel the urge to push that. I’m too busy with what I already have at the moment but never say never.

So, what are you working on right now? Got any releases planned, or still writing?
I’m doing the edits for book two in The Club - Fighter Boy. This is Ryan’s story and I can’t wait to share him with you.

Alright, now for some totally random, fun questions. Favorite color?  Green or pink. Depends on the day :(

Favorite movie?     The Notebook - big romantic at heart.

Book that inspired you to become an author?
Too many to count. I have hundreds which drives me DH nuts. Books are stacked on everything.

Alright, you have one superpower. What is it?
I can fly. Probably invisibly too.

You can have dinner with any 3 people, dead, alive, fictitious, etc. Who are they?   Lestat, Jamie Frazer and Sean Connery.

Last question: Which of your characters are you most like and how/why?
I think for me it has to be Ryan. He is a little bit rougher around the edges than older brother Trace. Even though they have come up the ranks from a horrid childhood, he still retains some of his angst and down to earth ways. And he is as sexy as all hell.

That’s all from me, thanks so much for taking the time to stop by!
Thank you so much for having me. I love sharing my boys around :(

Author Bio and Links:
Ann swears she was born with a book in her hands and has never put it down. A lifelong love of reader has finally culminated in achieving her dream of writing...and publication.

She lives in the beautiful Hunter Valley with her own handsome hero of many years. Ann has always loved the ups and downs of life in small communities and she shares this with readers in her rural romances.

Strong sexy heroines with a good dash of sass thrown in feature in her stories. Of course these women need an equally strong hero. Bring on the outback hero and watch the passion ignite.

When not writing Ann enjoys reading, gardening, walking her very large dog Hugo and fighting with her computer.
