Fall in Love all over again Hop

I love romance. I absolutely, positively, 100% love it. And I'm not very picky. If it has a good plot and ends happily, I'll give it a shot. About the only thing I require my romances to have are HEAs or at least HFNs. I will occasionally read bittersweet ones, but that's a rarity. I also have many favorite authors, so many that I've lost count. So, my decision was tough. And then I went to the thrift store. I go looking for treasures and books and I found some of the first romance novels I ever read. Signet Regency Romance. Yes, the cheesy, ridiculous damsel in distress novels that were a dime a dozen. Now, while the plots and damsels in distress bug me a bit now, there is a sappy, sentimental part of me that loved re-reading them. These were the books that many of us first read when we began reading romance, myself included. And, no matter how much we may scoff them at times, we still love them deep down. And so, since this hop is all about falling in love all over again, I decided to give two of these paperback books away to one lucky winner. So for those who remembered and once read these books, here's to you and I hope you fall right on back in love.

The Counterfeit Widow by Dorothy Mack

A Dangerous Deception — When Charity Leonard's mother died, leaving the flame-haired young lady without either father or fortune, it was up to Charity alone to protect her all-too-innocent sister Prudence from the evils of the world and the mischief of men. If Charity had to pose as a respectable widow to act as Prudence's guardian in the marriage mart, so be it.

Now, however, Charity's plan to win Prudence wedded bliss was threatened by a man as monstrously cynical as he was highborn and handsome. Not only did Lord Tyndale mock morality by flaunting his mistress in public, he seemed bound and determined to prove that Charity's propriety was merely a pose. It was bad enough that this libertine lord was out to destroy Charity's disguise. Even worse, he was equally interested on breaking down her defenses. And if she did not stop him, she would be unmasked as well as undone ...

The Lost Heir by Dorothy Mack

Miss Brianna Llewllyn had every reason to distrust Christopher Cardorette.  His older brother had betrayed Brianna's innocent sister Meg, and Christopher was as handsome and charming as that cad had been.  Even more to the point, Meg's child now had an ironclad claim to the title Christopher held and might well do anything to keep.  Brianna had to defend her little nephew against whatever plot Christopher might hatch.  She had to defend herself against this masterful man's seductive skill.  And above all, she dared not fall in love with this lord who would do anything but love her in return....

I have also decided that if 20 or more people comment on this post, I will also give away a paperback copy of Chase Me by Tamara Hogan.

THE SECRETS SHE'S UNCOVERiNG WILL BE HIS TO KEEP...
Centuries ago, when their ship crashed to Earth, paranormals of all types settled secretly into our world, quietly going about their business with humans none the wiser. Self–ruling and careful to stay below the radar, all is threatened when Valkyrie archaeologist Lorin Schlessinger and her werewolf geologist partner Gabe Lupinsky inadvertently draw evil attention to Earth and its treasured natural resources.
As the threat intensifies, Lorin and Gabe struggle to contain the chaos they've unleashed, and to resist their explosive mutual attraction ...
