A month ago, I found an opportunity to review a vitamin that promised stress relief and mood support. I was very interested since I had never heard of such a thing before. This worked very well for me. I only took it when I needed to, instead of taking it daily. It was easy to take, and within minutes, I could feel my anxiety decreasing. It only worked to a certain extent though, but often times it decreased my anxiety enough that I was okay and able to calm myself down the rest of the way. I would use these again, even though they are expensive, and I do recommend them.
