Sweet Sexy Sadie Excerpt Tour

Blurb:
From the first time Sadie’s eyes met those of Brody McKenna in the hot Sierra Madre Mountains, theirs was a potent attraction—not gentle, slow, and easy, but hot, hard, and all-consuming. The daughter of a dysfunctional family, Sadie had dreams no man could wrench from her with hot sex and an all-consuming passion. She’d challenge this alpha male with all the strength she possessed. But her red hair, fiery temperament, and indomitable spirit obsessed Brody...and he knew he had to find a way to show her he was more than he appeared and convince her to make a life with him.

Exclusive Excerpt:
Brody strode outside hoping to cool off and reflect. He didn't want to make what could be the biggest mistake of his life. But he sensed she'd be okay with this. And he wanted to test her. Breaking into an easy lope, he put a mile between the house and Sadie. She would be in the shower now.

Stopping, he disrobed and folded his clothes. Impatience had him sweating. Adrenalin started to flow as he slowly began to shift to his jaguar shape. Exhilaration was the key word when he transformed. For a few seconds he stood still then sniffed the air. The breeze was clean and cool, the sun not yet dousing the earth with heat.

His tail twitched with anticipation then he ran, the speed like an aphrodisiac to his soul. Close to the shower, he slowed. Sadie's slightly off key singing made him smile. When his eyes were closed, he could see her naked, and he knew as soon as she saw him in his human form she would be aroused and her cream would flow.

Her back turned away, she didn't see him until he was inches from her. As if sensing a presence, she spun then froze.

"My God." She backed toward the wall behind her. "Good kitty—cat. Go away."

Brody sat on his haunches, cocking his head to one side. In his feline form a grin was hard but he tried. Slanting one eyebrow upward was easier. He didn't mean to frighten her. He wanted to read her mind, get inside her thoughts.

Patience...

"D-don't eat me," she said, her hands outstretched as if that would keep him from devouring her.

Her gorgeous breasts swayed and he wanted to lick her. Damn his cat form. Maybe this wasn't such a great idea after all. His tail twitched and his purr filled the air. But he waited, needing her to know he would never hurt her. He was her friend.

"Nice kitty." Sadie's back was solidly against the wall now, her knees shaking.

She had nowhere to go. Minutes seemed to pass like hours. He knew he needed to get out of here. Another plan shaped in his head. Everything would come together. If he were to tell her about himself tonight, this was good. She would have seen that he wouldn't hurt her. He didn't want to scare her any longer. Time to finish this scenario and leave.

Brody stood and walked toward her then rubbed against her legs, purring and knowing he would be back. Oh, yes, he'd be back for more of Sadie Monroe.

"B-Brody," she tried to say. "Help...Lyn where are you?"

She was terrified and he didn't like himself very much at this moment. Then he felt her fingers on top of his head. Stroking his neck, she seemed to grow bolder. Then she scratched behind his ear. He looked at her and she seemed to be inching her way to her robe.

"I don't think I like standing naked in front of you," she said, scooting toward the opening of the shower stall and her protection. "You seem...you seem human in a strange way."

He shook his head then turned. In a quick motion, he had the towel and her robe in his teeth and dashed across the yard.
